Veronica Zumpano works in research fields related to geomorphology and applied geology such as: identification and mapping of landslides by interpretation of analog and digital aerial images and field surveys; creation of landslide inventory maps; analysis of landslides  susceptibility, hazard and associated hydro-geological risk.
