The Institute Advisory Board carries out the tasks set forth in Article 31 of the “Regolamento di Organizzazione e Funzionamento del CNR“. The Institute Advisory Board consists of the Director, who presides over it, and of an elective representation of researchers and technologists of the Institute composed of five members. With respect to matters specified by the regulatory provisions, the Institute Advisory Board participates in an elected representative of the technical-administrative staff.

Elective procedures of the representatives of the Institute Advisory Board are governed by the “Istruzioni per l’elezione del Consiglio d’Istituto”. At the time of election procedures above, the Director shall adopt the act of constitution of the Institute Advisory Board. Elected representatives hold office for three years.
