My research focuses on the characterization of mass movements and sediment transport processes by means of field investigations and monitoring data. In particular, I am interested in the use of environmental seismology for the automatic detection of slope and channel processes and for the development of early warning systems. My research interests also concern soil erosion, volcanic processes and water management in semi-arid.
