It is hereby agreed between the Principal of the Research School of Arid Environment and Climate Change at Lanzhou University and the Director of the Research Institute for Geo-hydrological Protection, of the National Research Council (CNR IRPI), that the two parties shall work together to encourage scientific cooperation through joint research, learning and teaching initiatives.
