SII (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sii-ihs.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.sii-ihs.it\/<\/a>) aims to enable progress, enhancement and dissemination of Hydrological Sciences promoting the coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration in research aimed at qualitative and quantitative description of all components of the hydrological cycle processes. In particular, important themes are the flood forecasting, the natural hazards assessment and mitigation of extreme hydrological events along with the water resource management even in a climate change context.
