Delegations from 🇮🇹 IRPI Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche and from 🇮🇳 Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University met last November 11 in Piacenza, Italy, and 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 a 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The 𝗠𝗼𝗨 was signed by CNR IRPI Director Tommaso Moramarco and Amrita University Vice-Chancellor Maneesha Vinodini Ramesh; Mauro Rossi from CNR IRPI, Perugia, is the scientific coordinator on the Italian side of the agreement.

The main objective of MoU is to enable a 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝘄𝗮𝘆 flow of 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 to enable collaborative research in the field of 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. It also reinforces the goodwill and cordial relations between the two organizations that have existed 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟳 under LANDSLIP Project for development of regional Landslide Early Warning System in India!
